Worked with KPMG Pakistan & Saudi Arabia for 6 years and had been engaged in various advisory and audit engagements. Has spent 3 years with a global agricultural investment company in Saudi Arabia and handling Group’s treasury and financial reporting matters with direct reporting to CFO.
Established Seagull Financial Consultants during 2018 and since then, Waseem has been providing valuations, transaction advisory and financial modelling services to different companies in Saudi Arabia for last 5 years.

Executive Director at Seagull Financials, has extensive experience in audit and financial advisory services. He has experience of serving at PwC Pakistan, one of the big four accounting firms for 5 years.
Has over 8 years experience in providing audit / advisory / consulting services to various listed, government and private sectors organizations operating in a wide range of industries including Textile, energy, media, manufacturing and services sector.
